Forward      (zen-kut-su dachi). 

Back          (ko-kut-su dachi) 

Cat             (neko-ashi dachi)

Side            (shiko dachi) 

2. BASICS FROM LEFT FORWARDS STANCE  

(hidari jun-zuki/zen-kut-su dachi)

Front Punch (jun-zuki) 

Front Kick Front Punch (maegeri , junzuki) - kette junzuki

Reverse Punch (gyakuzuki) 

Front Kick Reverse Punch (maegeri, gyakuzuki) - kette gyaku-zuki

Front Kick Front Punch, Reverse Punch ( maegeri, junzuki, gyakuzuki) 

Inner Block, Upper Block, Reverse Punch (uchi uke, jodan uki, gyakuzuki) 

Outer Block, Lower Block, Reverse Punch ( soto uke, gedan barai, gyakuzuki)  

3. BASICS from LEFT FIGHTING STANCE ( hidari hanmi gamai)
